Many clients would like to know how Lolli operates and the process a client would go through when engaging Lolli with a project. Below is a rough guideline of the general steps Lolli will take when working on a project.
Please note that the below workflow is just a rough guideline as the workflow can be a little different from project to project based on the natural of the project (web design, logo design, print design, etc…) and the client's requirement.
Below is an approximate workflow for a web design project, for logo design or print design the process will be similar but a little less complicated.

Lolli will meet the client and discuss the price, deadline, and most importantly the goal of the site. Lolli will need to understand the client's market, target audience, competitor sites, and what information the client wants to communicate through the site. It is easy to put together a nice looking site with graphics and icons, but to truly make a site that meets the client's needs takes planning and thought.

Through brainstorming, Lolli's team will digest the requirements gathered in stage 1 and produce initial designs. The drafts won't be masterpieces of art, they simply need to show the general structure and layout of the site. Once the general layout is approved, Lolli can begin creating a more detailed design for the homepage.

Once the client confirms the final design and style of the homepage, Lolli can create mockups for other important pages of the site. Once those other pages are finalized, Lolli will begin coding the approved designs as well as program any backend administration area of the site if needed.

When both the design and programming are completed, the client can begin to test and play around with the site. The client may also allow friends and partners to test the site. The purpose of this stage is to find any bugs or problems with the site. Errors detected will be fixed to ensure a smooth and user friendly site.

Once the client is happy with the site and ready to run their business, Lolli will launch the site making it publically viewable and searchable. Lolli will also provide a brief maintenance period defined in the original quotation to fix any bugs in the site discovered during this period.

Once the site is running, the client may wish to sit down with Lolli again to discuss ways to expand or build on their website. This can include site updates, new functionality or web marketing. Lolli can provide consultation on how to get more traffic to the site and what areas of the site needs improvement or expanding.
